Function:

 

Assist in the communication, brand management and marketing. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, line extensions, product improvements and/or tactical sales executions to drive growth. Conduct in-market brand performance and competitive analyses and reporting via syndicated data in order to make strategic recommendations Assist in the development and execution of short and long term brand planning to drive business growth and profit. Assist in the evaluation and refining of brand positioning based on Category Strategy, Consumer Insights and Competitive analysis Oversee and manage marketing budget.
Profile:

 

Ability to translate analysis into insights and strategic recommendations.
Leadership and demonstrated project management skills to manage consumer insight research, product development, packaging and design, and lead agencies through marketing planning process.
Ability to analyze financial performance, conduct P&L analyses and develop value creation opportunities for the business based on an understanding of accounting and economics fundamentals.
Sense of urgency and high capacity for learning in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Ability to lead cross functional programs and teams.
Ability to gather, interpret and synthesize market input into business and
marketing strategy. Ability to develop and communicate sound business proposals for the brand to Senior and Line Management across all internal and external partners interacting the business (Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, External Vendors and Agency Partners).
Bachelors Degree  Required MBA RequiredAt least 18 months of post-MBA experience in a brand marketing/product, management role.3 + years of pre-MBA professional experienceFamiliarity with primary and secondary research experienceRequired knowledge of syndicated data (A.C.Nielsen or IRI)
