- To lead a team of bid managers producing bids for multi-million pound IT services contracts across the EMEA region
- To provide leadership and support to the team and ensure that high quality winning bids are produced
- To lead the development of bids processes and procedures
- To work closely with account teams to ensure that bids are competitive and the client fully engaged
- To work closely with staff from other international offices
- Profile:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience of managing complex multi-million pound bids for international IT services
- Experience of leading a small team of bid managers
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
