Green policy

Viamarcom is pleased to be the first Recruitment Company in Belgium to become Carbon and Water Neutral. This will be achieved through a combination of reducing and offsetting carbon and water emissions produced by the operations of the company. This initiative gives our clients and candidates more reassurance that their decision to partner with Viamarcom is a solid investment as any commercial dealings with Viamarcom have zero impact on the environment.

In launching this environmental initiative, Viamarcom is actively living out its corporate values of care, accountability and passion and we are proud that we, along with our clients, are working together to reduce our impact on the environment.

We have enthusiastically embraced the company's fight against climate change, Some of the initiatives Viamarcom will put in place include:

• Launching a company-wide educational program;
• Undertaking energy efficiency assessments and reducing energy use in offices while also purchasing  green energy;
• Printing of all marketing materials on recycled content papers;
• Ensuring 100% compliance of recycling efforts;
• Encouraging and rewarding staff who walk or make use of a bicycle for return trips between work and home;
• Achieve carbon and water neutral certification.
